Shabbat Accompanist Lorraine Greenberg

Our new accompanist for Shabbat services!

Lorraine Greenberg comes to Beth Ami Temple with a lifetime of musical background.

She has a Master’s Degree in Musical Education from the University of Wisconsin, and has done extensive piano performance work in the Milwaukee area.  Lorraine was the Music Director for Congregation Shalom in Milwaukee for many years, in addition to being an educator in high school music.

In Chicago, Lorraine was the performance pianist for Max Janowski, a composer of Jewish music. And in Scottsdale, she resumed teaching high school music, and was the Choir Director for Congregation Beth Israel.

Lorraine will be the perfect accompanist for Michael Robbins, as they have worked together before, and both are knowledgeable in our rituals, prayers and songs.

Beth Ami looks forward to Lorraine’s contributions to our Shabbat services and our Temple family.
